Refund Policy

Eclipse Oracle provides instant digital services and content delivered immediately after purchase. Because delivery is immediate and irreversible, purchases are generally final except where required by law.

1) Digital Credits & Instant Delivery

Purchases may be delivered as digital credits and/or generated content. Once credits are added to your account or digital content is delivered, the service is considered provided.

  • Used credits are non-refundable.
  • Generated readings are non-refundable once delivered, even if you dislike the outcome.
  • If credits were granted as part of a promotion, bonus, or goodwill adjustment, those credits have no cash value.

2) Billing Errors & Accidental Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount, purchase made without your authorization, etc.), contact support within 7 days of the charge. We may request details to verify the issue, including:

  • Transaction date/time and amount
  • Email/username on the account
  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages

Verified billing errors may be eligible for a refund or credit adjustment at our discretion, unless required by law.

3) Service Failures (Technical Issues)

If a technical issue causes you to be charged and the reading is not delivered (for example: system error, failed generation, or interrupted delivery), we will investigate and may provide one of the following remedies:

  • Re-delivery of the reading
  • Replacement credits
  • Refund (when appropriate and verifiable)

To help us resolve issues quickly, contact support within 7 days and include as much detail as possible.

4) Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If Eclipse Oracle offers subscriptions now or in the future, subscription charges typically renew automatically until canceled. Unless required by law, we generally do not refund partial subscription periods.

If you cancel, you may retain access until the end of the current billing period (depending on the subscription plan terms).

5) Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have a concern, please contact support before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks increase costs and may limit our ability to support your account.

  • We may suspend or permanently restrict accounts with excessive chargebacks or payment disputes.
  • We may use account records (timestamps, delivery logs, IP address, and consent acceptance records) to investigate disputes.

6) Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse

Refunds may be denied if we detect fraud, abuse, misuse of the service, repeated refund requests, or attempts to exploit the credit system. This includes:

  • Repeated chargebacks or disputed purchases
  • Attempts to obtain readings and then seek refunds without a verifiable billing error
  • Policy violations or abusive behavior toward the platform

7) Legal Rights

This Refund Policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law. Where local law requires refunds for digital purchases, we will comply.

8) Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Continued use of Eclipse Oracle after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By purchasing from Eclipse Oracle, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital service delivered immediately, and you agree to this Refund Policy.
