1) Service Description

Eclipse Oracle provides digital services that may include AI-generated readings, interpretations, and related content for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal insight only.

The service does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to access this type of content to use Eclipse Oracle.

3) Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.

4) Credits & Purchases

Eclipse Oracle uses a digital credit system to access services. Credits:

• Have no cash value
• Are non-transferable
• Are consumed upon use
• Do not represent stored monetary value

Once credits are used to generate content, the service is considered delivered.

5) Payments & Billing

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). Eclipse Oracle does not store full payment card details.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide.

6) Refunds

Due to the immediate delivery of digital services, purchases are generally final. Refunds, if any, are governed by the Refund Policy.

7) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse, abuse, or exploit the service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary logic or content
• Circumvent payment systems or credit usage
• Engage in fraudulent activity or excessive chargebacks
• Use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes

8) AI & Content Limitations

Content generated by Eclipse Oracle may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You acknowledge that automated systems may produce unexpected or incorrect output.

9) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or to comply with legal obligations.

You may request deletion of your account. Deleted accounts may be retained for a limited period (for example, 90 days) for compliance, recovery, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention before permanent deletion.

10) Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, used, stored, and retained.

11) Intellectual Property

All content, designs, systems, and software used by Eclipse Oracle are owned by or licensed to Eclipse Oracle and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial use only.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eclipse Oracle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any content provided.
